HOW IT WORKS:

  2. Fill out this form.

  3. We’ll text you regular reminders to report the staffing ratio on your unit. All you need to do is text back the number of RNs working that day, and the number of patients assigned. So if there are 3 nurses and 13 patients, you would text back “3-13”. We’ll log your report and include it in our weekly reports.
